Job Summary
Commercial Roofing Sales Representative in Atlanta, GA responsible for generating new business through cold calling, networking, site visits, and relationship building with property owners, facility managers, and other decision-makers. Conduct roof inspections, create and present proposals, bids, and contracts, and collaborate with estimating, service, and operations teams to ensure project execution. Requires knowledge of roofing/building systems, CRM proficiency, ability to travel locally, and strong sales target orientation. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in commercial construction sales, facilities services, or related industries
- Strong network within the Atlanta market is highly preferred
- Understanding of commercial building systems and/or roofing is a plus
- Proficient with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to clients
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
- Comfortable working at heights when needed for site inspections
