Job Summary
Remove construction debris, sweep, vacuum, dust, clean windows, wipe surfaces, polish fixtures, and sanitize restrooms to prepare commercial projects for inspections, occupancy, and final turnover. Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods while maintaining site safety. Ensure completed spaces meet quality standards and deliver a spotless, move-in-ready environment. Work independently or with a team on various commercial construction projects during Monday-Friday hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with optional overtime. A background check is required as this role is on a government site.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of commercial construction cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites
- Dependable, punctual, and maintain excellent attendance
- Open availability to work scheduled hours and optional overtime when projects require
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while following all job site safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
