Job Summary
Remove construction debris, sweep, vacuum, dust, clean windows, wipe surfaces, polish fixtures, and sanitize restrooms to prepare commercial projects for inspections, occupancy, and final turnover. Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods while following all job site safety regulations. Work independently or as part of a team to ensure completed spaces meet quality standards. This role requires a minimum of six months of commercial construction cleaning experience, reliable transportation for travel to various job sites, and dependable attendance. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with optional overtime depending on project needs. Background check required for government site.
