Job Summary
Manage 3 to 7 commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, and scopes for projects ranging from $100,000 to $5 million. Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors while conducting site visits to review timelines, safety practices, and compliance with building codes. Handle project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders, maintaining clear communication with clients to resolve issues. Lead project closeout activities involving punch lists, inspections, as-builts, and warranties. Requires 3+ years of commercial construction experience, proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet, and OSHA 30 certification.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of commercial construction assistant project management experience or 2 or more years as a project manager
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
- Working knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and industry practices
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Alvarado, TX
- Must have commercial ground-up construction experience
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain with company support
