Job Summary
Looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager in commercial construction to lead large projects for Corporate Contractors Inc. Must have extensive project management and technical skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years in construction project management
- 6+ years in blueprint/spec reading and design
- Proven track record of managing complex commercial construction projects
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
- OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, Forklift, and Aerial certifications (must be obtained within the first year).
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Viewpoint Vista
