Seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager for managing projects in the DFW area, including public schools and shopping centers. Requires 5 years of experience, communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in estimating techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction estimating or project management experience
- Able to read and understand drawings
- Minimum computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook, Drop Box, Smartsheets, Blue Beam, Construction Connect, Raken
- Must provide at least 3 job related references
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in estimating techniques and automation
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to locate/develop new vendors
