Job Summary
Lead and manage large-scale commercial construction projects from discovery and design to development and implementation. The Project Executive is responsible for all duties performed by a Project Manager and beyond, including negotiating contract terms with clients, monitoring project progress and schedules, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, resolving scope issues with subcontractors, assigning and evaluating field personnel, acquiring new work and maintaining client relationships, guiding preconstruction and RFP package efforts, and coordinating resources to keep tasks on track. Must demonstrate leadership, clear communication, and the ability to multi-task while fostering relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Proficiency with MS Office and project software (e.g., ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards) and the ability to read construction drawings are required. Strong organizational skills, customer-service orientation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction
- experience with a commercial general contractor
- healthcare construction project experience
- a four-year degree from an accredited university (construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred) or equivalent work experience
