Job Summary
Project Executive to manage small to large-scale commercial construction projects from discovery and design through development and implementation; responsibilities include contract negotiations, schedule oversight, safety adherence, quality control, subcontractor coordination, client relationship development, staff leadership, and leading preconstruction/RFP efforts with the Preconstruction Department; requires 10+ years in commercial construction, healthcare project experience, and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); proficient in MS Office, ProCore, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor
- Prior healthcare construction project experience required
- A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred. In lieu of a degree, additional work experience is acceptable.
