Job Summary
Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects by reading blueprints, plans, and specifications. Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure bids are competitive and complete while building relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors. Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth through lead tracking and follow-up. This role requires proven experience in estimation or construction sales, strong knowledge of building codes and materials, and proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a commercial estimator, construction sales rep, or similar role
