Job Summary
Shadow assigned projects for 12 months by setting up jobsite offices, maintaining records, and updating as-built drawings. Conduct site inspections, interpret basic reports, and assist with material take-offs and supplier orders. Support the superintendent by running subcontractor meetings, managing budgets, and implementing safety programs through weekly toolbox talks. Complete required training topics on a 4-month cadence and participate in performance reviews to track development goals. Commute to a jobsite within a 30–40-mile radius of your assigned office location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Required to commute to a jobsite within a 30–40-mile radius of their assigned office location
Desired Qualifications
- Military experience
- Accredited Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business
- Previous experience on commercial job sites
- Passion for construction industry and on-site work
- Ability to learn sector- and project-specific software systems, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office 365 (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), ProCore, Adobe Suite, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards software suite
