Job Summary
Identify new bidding opportunities and manage the full bid process, including reviewing plans, specifications, and subcontractor solicitations. Organize daily bid check-in meetings, track confirmed bidders against participation targets, and hold the team accountable for progress. Prepare disciplined estimates by calculating complete takeoffs for scope of work, general conditions, and subcontractor proposals, then compile cost, overhead, and profit breakdowns for assigned projects. Review subcontractor and supplier bids for contract conformity, make final determinations on acceptable bids, and oversee department email accounts and RFI issuance. Monitor division performance early and ensure the bidding team maintains integrity and ethical behavior throughout all stages.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years estimating experience
- Must be able to pass a drug test
