Commercial Construction Foreman

Lead and supervise field crews on commercial construction projects, reading and interpreting blueprints/plans to ensure work aligns with scope and specifications. Coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment; enforce OSHA safety policies; conduct daily safety briefings; maintain quality control and documentation; assist Project Manager with short-term scheduling; monitor progress, report incidents, manage costs and field conditions. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple crews, enforce site rules, and ensure on-time project delivery while minimizing rework and safety incidents. Primarily outdoor, with travel between job sites; requires ability to lift 50+ lbs; valid driver’s license. Travel between job sites may be required.
