Job Summary
Prepare detailed estimates for commercial construction projects by reviewing plans, specifications, and scopes to complete quantity takeoffs and cost analysis. Develop accurate bids using PlanSwift and Bluebeam, while requesting, evaluating, and negotiating subcontractor and supplier pricing. Partner with project managers to establish budgets, review contracts and change orders, and maintain organized estimating files. Identify new opportunities and visit project sites as needed to support activities. This role involves driving business growth through precision and strong relationships within the Louisville market for a full-time position with competitive compensation and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of construction industry experience
