Job Summary
Coordinate with Operations Managers and Project Management to oversee concrete construction schedules, daily communications, and successful project execution. Supervise all concrete operations on-site, ensuring workers implement designs while maintaining budget, quality, and safety standards. Organize field labor, track manpower time, and monitor productivity to identify and resolve delays. Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure proper planning and work harmony across trades. Requires 10+ years in commercial concrete, Spanish fluency, and strong safety awareness.
Required Qualifications
- 10 or more years experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction, on projects of 2+ million
- Previous experience as a Concrete Superintendent
- Adequate level of Spanish speaking skills
- Very strong work ethic with the willingness to travel and/or relocate
- Regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions and risk to electrical shock
- Noise level is usually moderate to very loud
