Job Summary
Coordinate weekly schedules with Operations Managers and Project Management to ensure accurate sequencing and successful execution of concrete operations. Supervise all field labor, organize manpower, and monitor productivity while tracking time and reporting daily progress. Ensure quality standards are met across footings, walls, flatwork, and tilt-up projects while maintaining budget adherence for materials and labor. Resolve delays and challenges with subcontractors to keep projects on time. Requires 10+ years of experience, Spanish language skills, and ability to work in hazardous construction environments.
Required Qualifications
- 10 or more years experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction, on projects of 2+ million
- Previous experience as a Concrete Superintendent
- Adequate level of Spanish speaking skills
- Very strong work ethic with the willingness to travel and/or relocate
- Regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions and risk to electrical shock
- Noise level is usually moderate to very loud
