Job Summary
Coordinate concrete construction schedules and oversee all site operations to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to budget. Supervise field labor and subcontractors daily, managing manpower production, material expenditures, and accurate time reporting. Maintain weekly communication with Operations Managers and Project Management to track progress, identify delays, and resolve challenges. Monitor productivity and percentage complete while ensuring proper sequencing with other trades. Requires 10+ years of commercial concrete experience, including tilt-up, and Spanish fluency.
Required Qualifications
- 10 or more years experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction, on projects of 2+ million
- Previous experience as a Concrete Superintendent
- Adequate level of Spanish speaking skills
- Very strong work ethic with the willingness to travel and/or relocate
- Regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions and risk to electrical shock
- Noise level is usually moderate to very loud
