Job Summary
Oversee concrete construction crews on site, review blueprints, and sequence project work while coordinating weekly with the Project Manager and daily with the General Contractor. Conduct regular inspections, maintain daily reports and production logs, and approve timecards. Adjust schedules when behind and provide accurate solutions for problems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and budget constraints. Work outside in various weather conditions, including weekends, with a valid driver's license and OSHA certification.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Forman and at least 8 years as a superintendent
- Knowledge with different concrete construction trades
- Strong knowledge and understanding of tilt up construction
- Able to work weekends when needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to work weekends if needed
- OSHA Certification
- Work outside in various weather conditions
