Job Summary
Coordinate with Operations Managers and Project Management to oversee all concrete construction processes, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Supervise field labor and subcontractors daily, organizing manpower, tracking productivity, and resolving delays. Maintain accurate reporting on project progress and field manpower time while fostering strong relationships with all construction groups. Requires weekly global resource scheduling, on-site supervision of concrete operations, and Spanish-speaking skills. Must have 10+ years of commercial concrete experience.
Required Qualifications
- 10 or more years experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction, on projects of 2+ million
- Previous experience as a Concrete Superintendent
- Adequate level of Spanish speaking skills
- Very strong work ethic with the willingness to travel and/or relocate
- Regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions and risk to electrical shock
- Noise level is usually moderate to very loud
