Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •3+ years of experience
• •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineer recommended
• •Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices required
• •Project setup, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting experience is a must
• •Good understanding of critical path scheduling
• •Experience leading successful project teams, including the development of employees and maintaining relationships with external entities
• •Energetic and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
• •Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on my own as well as in a team environment
• •Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding
