Job Summary

Lead overall project execution by managing contract scope review, sequencing, and scheduling while tracking daily progress and job costs. Oversee material and equipment procurement, approve invoices and timesheets, and coordinate change orders with the GC and owner. Ensure project safety compliance, forecast weekly costs, and secure adequate manpower through coordination with operations. Mentor project engineers and drive continuous cost reduction while resolving conflicts and maintaining quality standards across multiple projects. Requires 3+ years of construction management experience and the ability to walk the job site.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineer recommended
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices required
  • Project setup, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting experience is a must
  • Good understanding of critical path scheduling
  • Experience leading successful project teams, including the development of employees and maintaining relationships with external entities
  • Energetic and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on my own as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding
