Commercial Concrete Project Manager

Job Summary
Oversee project setup, buyout, and contract execution while managing material procurement, equipment invoices, and manpower timesheet approvals. Lead daily progress tracking, schedule maintenance, and weekly cost reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and accurate job forecasting. Coordinate with the GC and Operations manager for change order distribution, resource allocation, and scope reviews. Mentor Project Engineers and resolve conflicts to drive consensus and team performance. Walk the job site to monitor quality levels and address root causes of issues. Requires 3+ years of experience with strong critical path scheduling knowledge and the ability to climb scaffolding.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineer recommended
- Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices required
- Project setup, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting experience is a must
- Good understanding of critical path scheduling
- Experience leading successful project teams, including the development of employees and maintaining relationships with external entities
- Energetic and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
- Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on my own as well as in a team environment
- Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding
