Commercial Concrete Project Manager

Job Summary
Conduct overall project leadership for assigned jobs, managing setup, buyout, contract execution, and compliance. Oversee material and equipment procurement, invoice coding, and manpower timesheet approvals while tracking daily progress and sequencing schedules. Coordinate with GCs, owners, and operations managers to secure resources, issue and track change orders, and develop cost estimates. Generate weekly cost reports, forecast job budgets, and ensure fiscal responsibility. Mentoring project engineers and resolving conflicts to drive consensus. Requires 3+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, and the ability to walk job sites.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineer recommended
- Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices required
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
- Project setup, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting experience is a must
- Good understanding of critical path scheduling
- Experience leading successful project teams, including the development of employees and maintaining relationships with external entities
- Energetic and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
- Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on own as well as in a team environment
- Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding
