Job Summary
Review estimate spreadsheets, assist the project manager with takeoffs, and track manpower daily while approving timecards. Approve invoices, perform quantity tracking, and update the PM on material deliveries and project progress. Assist with documentation for RFIs, change orders, submittals, and subcontractors. Coordinate daily site activities ranging from material tracking to job cost management. Requires a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management, proficiency with Bluebeam and Revu, and OSHA certification. Willing to travel to projects across various states and work weekends if needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or 1-2 years of prevalent experience
- Proficient with Bluebeam, Revu, Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to work weekends if needed
- OSHA Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with B2W (preferred)
- Knowledgeable with tilt up (preferred)
