Commercial Concrete Laborer

Job Summary
Perform general construction labor including jobsite clean-up, moving materials by hand, and operating motorized equipment such as power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts. Assist in pouring concrete and install reshores per instructions. This role requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength to stand, stoop, bend, and crouch for extended periods up to ten hours daily, while lifting up to 50 lbs and carrying forms. Candidates must work safely in all conditions, including exposure to extreme cold, heat, noise, and dust from construction operations depending on the project site. Experience in the construction or contracting industry is preferred, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and crouch for extended periods of time up to ten (10) hours per day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, carry forms.
- Must work safe at all times.
- Exposure to the elements heat, cold, rain, wind.
