Job Summary
Supervise, mentor, and coach craft personnel while directing assigned crews to meet daily schedules and production goals. Perform on-site coordination of manpower, materials, and equipment, adjusting work as needed to align with budgeted costs and project timelines. Read and interpret plans and specifications to check work accordingly, request necessary materials, and maintain high safety adherence for all craft personnel and subcontractors. This role requires at least five years of concrete industry experience, the ability to stand for extended periods, and exposure to various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least five years previous experience and/or training in the concrete industry
- Advanced knowledge of concrete
- In-depth knowledge of layout for footings
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and crouch for extended periods of time up to ten (10) hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, carry forms
- Must work safe at all times
- Exposure to the elements heat, cold, rain, wind
