Job Summary
As a Commercial Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces for various commercial projects, ensuring quality and craftsmanship. Key responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and layout of concrete slabs, monitoring curing processes, setting up and dismantling forms, and operating tools safely. The position requires proven experience, strong knowledge of finishing methods, attention to detail, physical stamina, and effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a commercial concrete finisher or similar role
- Ability to work with various tools, including trowels, floaters and finishing machines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to pass a federal criminal background check and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of concrete installation techniques and finishing methods
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
