Job Summary
Erect and set forms for concrete structures, foundations, buildings, and site work per specifications and drawings, including tilt-wall, symon, and structural forms for columns, decks, elevator cores, and parking garages. Fabricate and assemble tilt-up panels, form footings and column pads, and install embedded items like anchor bolts and lifting hardware. Strip forms after panels are poured and assist with layout as needed. Maintain tools and work outside in various conditions, lifting at least 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; weekends may be needed. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one is required. Basic hand tools for carpentry should be provided.
