Job Summary
Fabricate and assemble tilt-up panels, erect and set forms for foundations, columns, decks, and cast-in-place structures per specifications. Install and align embedded items such as anchor bolts and lifting hardware, then strip forms after concrete is poured. Assist with layout and maintain a full inventory of hand tools. This role requires reading construction drawings, physical strength to lift 50 lbs, and OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary. Weekend availability is required.

- Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks as needed

- Able to work weekends if needed
- Able to provide basic hand tools for carpentry
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
