Job Summary
Erect and set forms for concrete structures, foundations, buildings, and site work per specifications and drawings, including tilt-wall, Symon, and structural forms for columns, decks, elevator cores, and parking garages. Fabricate and assemble tilt-up panels, form footings and column pads, and install embedded items such as anchor bolts, inserts, and lifting hardware. Assist with layout as needed, strip forms after panels are poured, and maintain a stock of basic hand tools. Requires ability to read construction drawings, physical strength to lift 50 lbs, valid driver's license, and OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one. Weekend work available.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to work weekends if needed
- Able to provide basic hand tools for carpentry
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of tilt up panels and the process (preferred)
