Job Summary
Erect and set forms for concrete structures, foundations, buildings, and site work per specifications and drawings. Fabricate and assemble tilt-up panels, footings, column pads, and other structural concrete while installing and aligning embedded items such as anchor bolts, inserts, and lifting hardware. Strip forms after panels are poured and assist with layout as needed. Maintain and track hand tools, and read construction drawings to ensure accuracy. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift 50 lbs required. Weekend availability and OSHA certification preferred. Work outside in various conditions.

- Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to work weekends if needed
- Able to provide basic hand tools for carpentry
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of tilt up panels and the process (preferred)
