Commercial Concrete Carpenter

Erect and set forms for concrete structures, foundations, buildings, and site work per specifications and drawings, including tilt-wall, Symon, and structural forms for columns, decks, elevator cores, and parking garages. Fabricate and assemble tilt-up panels, form footings and column pads, and install embedded items such as anchor bolts, inserts, and lifting hardware. Strip forms after panels are poured and assist with layout as needed. Maintain and track tools while reading and interpreting construction drawings. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; able to work weekends and lift at least 50 lbs. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one is necessary. Basic hand tools for carpentry must be provided. Work outside in various conditions under the direction of a Foreman.
