Commercial Concrete Carpenter

Erect and set forms for concrete structures, foundations, buildings, and site work per specifications and drawings, including tilt-wall, Symon, and structural forms for columns, decks, elevator cores, and parking garages. Fabricate and assemble tilt-up panels, form footings and column pads, and install embedded items such as anchor bolts, inserts, and lifting hardware. Strip forms after panels are poured and assist with layout as needed. Maintain and track tools, read construction drawings, and lift up to 50 lbs. Work outside in various conditions, including weekends, with a valid driver's license and ability to provide basic hand tools. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one is required.
