Job Summary
Fabricate and assemble tilt-up panels, erect and set forms for foundations, buildings, and site work per specifications. Install and align embedded items such as anchor bolts, inserts, and lifting hardware, then strip forms after panels are poured. Assist with layout as needed while maintaining and tracking carpentry tools. Perform tasks requiring physical strength to lift at least 50 lbs, with the ability to work outside in various conditions and weekends if needed. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one is necessary.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to work weekends if needed
- Able to provide basic hand tools for carpentry
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
