Commercial Concrete Carpenter

Fabricate and assemble tilt-up panels, footings, column pads, and structural forms for cast-in-place concrete structures including foundations, buildings, and site work. Install and align embedded items such as anchor bolts, inserts, and lifting hardware while assisting with layout as needed. Strip forms after panels are poured and maintain a complete inventory of hand tools. Read and interpret construction drawings to ensure work meets specifications. This role requires physical strength to lift at least 50 lbs and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions, including weekends if needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one is necessary. Experience with tilt-up panels and the process is preferred.
