Job Summary
Fabricate and assemble tilt-up panels, footings, and column pads while erecting and setting forms for concrete structures per specifications. Install and align embedded items such as anchor bolts and lifting hardware, then strip forms after panels are poured. Maintain tools and assist with layout as needed. Read and interpret construction drawings to ensure accuracy. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; weekend availability and basic hand tools may be necessary. Work outside in various conditions lifting up to 50 lbs. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to work weekends if needed
- Able to provide basic hand tools for carpentry
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of tilt up panels and the process (preferred)
