Commercial Concrete Carpenter

Erect and set forms for concrete structures, foundations, buildings, and site work per specifications and drawings, including tilt-wall, Symon, and structural forms for columns, decks, elevator cores, and parking garages. Fabricate and assemble tilt-up panels, form footings and column pads, and install embedded items such as anchor bolts, inserts, and lifting hardware. Strip forms after panels are poured and assist with layout. Maintain and track tools while reading and interpreting construction drawings. This role requires physical strength to lift at least 50 lbs, valid driver's license, and ability to work weekends if needed. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one is required.
