Commercial Concrete Carpenter

Erect and set forms for concrete structures, foundations, buildings, and site work per specifications and drawings, including tilt-wall forms, symon forms, and structural forms for columns, decks, elevator cores, and parking garages. Fabricate and assemble tilt-up panels, form footings, column pads, and other structural concrete, while installing and aligning embedded items such as anchor bolts, inserts, and lifting hardware. Strip forms after panels are poured and assist with layout as needed. Maintain and track tools, read construction drawings, and work outside in various conditions lifting up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; weekends may be needed. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one is required. Basic hand tools for carpentry must be provided.
