Job Summary
Fabricate and assemble tilt-up panels, footings, and column pads while installing and aligning embedded items like anchor bolts and lifting hardware. Erect and set forms for concrete structures per specifications, including tilt-wall and symon forms for columns, decks, and parking garages. Strip forms after panels are poured and assist with layout as needed. Maintain and track carpentry tools, read construction drawings, and lift up to 50 lbs. Work outdoors in various conditions, including weekends, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one is required.

- Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to work weekends if needed
- Able to provide basic hand tools for carpentry
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
