Commercial Collector - Onsite

Onsite Commercial Collector role based in Metairie, LA. Responsibilities include making at least 80 outbound/inbound calls, negotiating payments or payment arrangements, creating urgency for non-paying debtors, resolving disputes with clients and peers, and ensuring cases are resolved or escalated in accordance with compliance requirements. Collaborates with Client Support Representatives, sales teams, and colleagues to manage delinquent accounts, review documents/contracts, and maintain professionalism and time management while meeting monthly phone, activity, and fee quotas. Required skills include collections, telemarketing, customer service, call center experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel preferred), data entry, strong analytical and writing abilities, and the ability to de-escalate adverse situations. Salesforce experience is a plus. Compensation is $12.98 per hour plus commissions/bonuses, with comprehensive benefits and an attractive PTO/holiday package. Equal Opportunity Employer.
