Commercial Collector (Must speak French and English)

Job Summary
Remote Commercial Collector responsible for contacting debtors via phone, mail, or email, negotiating payment arrangements, resolving disputes, and collaborating with clients, sales, and peers. Must conduct a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls, maintain professionalism, and meet monthly quotas. Role requires bilingual French and English communication, basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel preferred), and strong interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills. Salesforce experience is a plus; ability to de-escalate situations and manage time effectively. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commissions/bonuses; benefits package and 401(k) with company matching are provided. Location: Montreal, QC, Canada; remote/work-from-home capability across provinces.
Required Qualifications
