Commercial Collector Manager

Job Summary
Oversee and develop a Commercial Collectors team to maximize recovery, analyze KPIs, generate and audit reports, and collaborate with clients on collections progress. Lead the collection process, implement strategies to improve recovery rates, mentor collection agents, and support client performance reviews to ensure service expectations are met. Requires 5+ years in collections with at least 2 years in a managerial role; strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; responsible for daily account management, dialer monitoring, and maintaining professional client relationships. Remote/telecommute position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial or consumer collections industry, with at least 2 years in a manager role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve collection targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
