Job Summary
Conduct commercial account recovery by locating responsible parties, analyzing financial situations, and negotiating payment terms via inbound and outbound calls. Handle objections professionally while adhering to strict scripts, policies, and compliance regulations to resolve outstanding balances. Meet monthly recovery goals and complete assigned duties, including attending team meetings and training sessions to stay current on systems and processes. Maintain adherence to attendance and scheduling requirements within a professional office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows OS
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Customer service-oriented: professional, responsive, patient, and conscientious
- Ability to multi-task, self-manage, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial collections, B2B customer service, or contact center roles preferred
