Commercial Closing Specialist

Conduct commercial loan closings by coordinating with underwriters, title companies, and borrowers to finalize transactions. Prepare closing documents, verify file completeness, and execute loan agreements in compliance with bank policies. Manage post-closing follow-ups and ensure accurate reporting to the lending department. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial lending processes and excellent communication skills.
