Job Summary
Review and input loan submissions from Relationship Managers in the commercial online application system, ensuring complete and accurate data entry for ownership, structure, and compliance. Perform detailed reviews of entity documents, appraisals, title insurance, and UCC searches to verify signor authorities and lien positions. Collaborate with RMs, underwriters, legal counsel, and operations to resolve issues, address policy exceptions, and finalize post-approval tasks in the system. Prepare loan documents in accordance with guidelines and special software requirements while prioritizing large pipelines to meet service level expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of loan documents
- Experience with loan processing
- Knowledge of ONB loan policy
- Commercial Guidelines
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in the commercial online application system (CML)
- Knowledge of loan structuring guidelines
- Knowledge of collateral requirements
- Knowledge of due diligence items
- Knowledge of banking processes
- Experience within Commercial, Wealth or Community verticals at a Bank (or other prior financial institution or related industry)
- Successful experience with providing high quality customer service by responding to telephone and email inquiries
- Thorough working knowledge of concepts, practices, policies and procedures of ONB banking products and services
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or proficiency products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations and systems and procedures
- Ability to assist in the training (and/or mentoring, coaching, or development) of new or existing team members within and outside of Client Services Commercial
