Job Summary
Commercial Client Specialist II provides sales, service and loan support to Relationship Managers, Commercial Credit staff, and Sales Leaders handling Commercial client portfolios across the Commercial Community Bank segments (clients from $2-500MM in annual sales). Duties include assisting RMs with pipeline accuracy, call preparation, onboarding deposit accounts, Treasury onboarding, maintaining current CRM data, identifying referral opportunities, coordinating with IRM partners, generating prospect lists, calendar support, and delivering timely loan servicing and portfolio management while ensuring regulatory compliance (Reg B, BSA/AML) and accurate client data and documentation. The role emphasizes client servicing, data reporting, and partnership with banking teams to support portfolio growth and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, or equivalent education and related training
- Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services
- Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently
- Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients and contacts
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products, etc.
