Commercial Client Specialist II

Job Summary
Provide sales, service and loan support to Relationship Managers, Commercial Credit staff, and Sales Leaders managing and supporting Commercial client portfolios across Commercial Community Bank segments. Responsibilities include assisting with pipeline accuracy, call preparation, onboarding deposits and Treasury, maintaining current CRM data, generating prospect lists, scheduling appointments, and supporting portfolio growth. Deliver superior client service for Commercial clients, assist in servicing loans and deposits, process documentation and wire activity, support loan processing and collections activities, ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., Reg B, BSA/AML), and help with portfolio management including reporting and data accuracy. Maintain strong knowledge of products and services, coordinate with RM and IRM partners, and handle routine research and follow-up tasks to support client needs and communications.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, or equivalent education and related training
- Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services
- Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently
- Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients and contacts
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products, etc.
