Job Summary
Answer incoming calls from Treasury Management customers and internal staff, delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Handle calls with professionalism, demonstrating a sense of ownership to achieve one-call resolution and established service standards. Field client requests via phone, email, and other channels as the primary customer contact for servicing corporate and commercial deposit clients. Respond to banking questions regarding account implementation, funds transfers, and transaction errors, escalating complex issues to senior representatives when needed. Provide high-level client service for all products while maintaining compliance with regulations and bank policies.
Required Qualifications
