Job Summary
Commercial Client Service Representative providing internal and external customer service support to financial institutions. Responsibilities include handling escalated or time-sensitive issues, managing the support line, updating loan information, answering questions about reports and Focus Net, conducting data-entry training on procedures, performing time-sensitive account maintenance around processing cycles, researching and resolving questions about insurance coverage on loans, routing complex calls to appropriate resources, creating internal management reports, and assisting with special projects. Requires strong detail orientation, communication skills, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Located in San Antonio, TX.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1-2 years in coordinating the implementation of company products and procedures and high-level customer service in an insurance or banking environment
- Working knowledge of insurance coverage and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing loan information and detecting discrepancies
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (written and oral), and telephone etiquette skills
- Strong computer and keyboard skills including MS Word and Excel
