Job Summary
Commercial Client Manager to support the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance team by managing commercial and contract surety bonds for diverse clients. Serve as the primary contact for bond placements, renewals, riders, and claims; assist in supporting producers, client executives, and senior client managers; gather and organize client information; assist with billing on renewals; analyze client financials for underwriting; prepare documentation for underwriting; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely bond processing; monitor bond portfolios and stay updated on industry regulations; maintain strong relationships with clients and surety underwriters; ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Education: College degree preferred but not required. Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in bond account management or commercial surety.
- Licensure: State Property & Casualty insurance license or willingness to sit for licensure exam within 45 days; AFSB designation preferred.
