Job Summary
Part-time Commercial Cleaning Technician (evening shift) across three locations in Rockville and Silver Spring, MD. Responsibilities include sweeping or vacuuming floors, mopping, dusting surfaces, cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies, cleaning entrances and glass, responding to work orders, and working with team members. Must have a valid drivers license and be physically able to lift ~35 lbs and perform typical janitorial duties. Driving between locations is required; shift starts at 8:00 PM with approximately 4 hours per night across locations; benefits include gas allowance and potential 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 35 lbs
- Physically able to stand for entire shift and perform cleaning duties
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and reliable
