Commercial Cleaning Technician

Sweep, vacuum, and damp mop hard surface floors; dust work surfaces, furniture, and vertical areas. Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls, while replenishing dispensers with paper products and soap. Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners, remove trash from containers, and replace soiled liners. Respond promptly to customer work orders and report building or equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor. Work effectively with team members while conducting all duties in accordance with company procedures, safety policies, and uniform guidelines.
